The transition between Prospect to Tenant
It is important to note that before you can compose the lease contract online through rent manager, the prospect must first be moved into the system as a Tenant.
This means you will have to learn how to do so through the Rent manager.
Although this is something that a manager normally does, it does not mean a leasing agent can’t do it.
This is why the check station is important, if a leasing agent does do it then the manager can examine the file to make sure it was done correctly.
Make sure that when composing the lease contract, the apartment number and the move-in dates are correct, and all the people mentioned in the contract are added in the Contacts Tab.
