Delivering the Lease Violation

All Lease violations should be hand-delivered to the resident's door.
However, if the resident is not home it can be taped to the tenant's door, so long as the tenant’s personal information is not exposed.

This is the case with any notice or Lease violation sent to any tenant.

As stated previously, the importance of a lease violation is for the tenant to be held accountable for their actions. Lease Violations modify residents’ behavior as to not commit the same violation throughout the term of the Lease Agreement.

The resident holds all the responsibility in taking corrective action.

If the resident chooses not to correct their actions, then new fines will be applied.
