Resident Complaints
We understand that there may be times when a resident does not want to speak to the office staff or manager, either due to an issue or concern. On these occasions, we ask that every property give the company’s email address.
The tenant can communicate directly with upper management through the company email address if he or she ever has a complaint or concern.
It is important to strive to provide excellent customer service to each resident to prevent the escalation of any issues.
Please do not give the phone number of any corporate member or to any office during these occasions.
