Proof of Lease Violation

Any violation must be supported by proof, as residents will always attempt to deny that any violation took place.

Therefore, any property team member can take a video or photograph as proof.

Adding Lease Violation Fee

Depending on the situation, the manager is normally the one to add the fee directly to the tenant’s transactions through the rent manager. The manager is also responsible for helping the residents understand why the fee is being charged.

If the manager decides to add the fee, they will add it under VF – Violation Fee in the transactions tab.
