Always charge the Admin Fee on the transactions before the client makes a payment. This avoids them getting a receipt with credit in their favor.
How are charges imputed into RENT MANAGER?
The following charges must be paid before the client can pick up the keys:
- First Months Rent
- Pet Deposit
