Copies Of Resident Keys
To give tenants the best service possible, we are required to have a copy of the apartment keys.
By doing this we have access to an apartment, in case of an emergency. Needless to say, these keys must be handled delicately, only by authorized personnel, and only when a task or work order needs to be done.
*Mishandling any key is a big risk that has serious repercussions for the company and the employees who misuse them*
The office personnel is responsible for verifying that all keys are returned to their designated spots.
