Taking Payments

As you know, we previously used this procedure in the Move Inn, and Transfer Process.

This Procedure is used on multiple occasions on a day-to-day basis, due to residents having to make payments to take care of any balance they may have.

The Video Below will explain how to take Payment 

*Always confirm that the resident does not have unnecessary credit unless the resident purposely is doing it.*
