Renewal Application – Decide to Apply for Renewal

If the resident wishes to renew their lease agreement, they must complete the renewal application.

Here is a video of how to fill out the Renewal Application Properly:

The renewal application must always include a new copy of the resident’s ID, as well as a copy of their Transactions / Ledger.
