Application Station

As with the check station, every office has an application station. All applications should be in the application station.

Applications should not be left at any desk, as this will prevent them from getting lost.

The following are the Bins for the Application Station: 

Application:

The applications which still need an answer corporate should go here.
(Has an ID, Proof of Income, Full filled out Application & background, and credit check)

Pending Application:

Applications that have missing information, such as a photo ID, application information, proof of income, or background.  

Completed Application:

It means the application has already received a response from corporate, whether it is an approval or a rejection, and a call back is needed.

All Denied applications need to be called and put in the denied box. 

All Approved applications stay in this bin until the lease contract is signed.
