Every Notice that can be sent to a resident will be provided to you.
If you need a different notice, then you must ask the Admin VP.
Under no Cirmustance can the office team create their notices.
ALL NOTICES MUST BE APPROVED BY CORPORATE BEFORE BEING SENT TO ANY TENANT.*

*When a Lease violation is committed, then a warning violation should be sent first.
If the violation is not corrected, then the manager can decide to charge the fee.
