Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is one of the last team members to enter a vacant apartment before a new tenant moves in.
The Essential Responsibilities of a housekeeper are but are not limited to:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office and laundry rooms.
- Thoroughly clean appliances, floors, glass, surfaces, drawers, and bathrooms of made-ready done units.
- Report to the office any problem that may delay the completion of an apartment.
