This departments responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Managing and safeguarding the information of current staff members.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution


They send the list of qualifying current employees to upper management, to fill vacancies that may arise in the company.
