90-Day Notice – Decides to Move Out
If the tenant decides not to renew, they must write a 90-Day notice. They will write the exact date they will move on this notice. (The office should decide on a date.)
After the 90-day notice is received, the system needs to be updated.
- Put the Notice Date
- Change the Display label to Moving Out
- Scan the 90-Day notice and download it on history and notes.

If a resident gives a 90 Day Notice make sure to update the renewal board as well as the system.
