The Training and inspections departments work hand in hand with each other.

The training tasks include but are not limited to:

Who would be better to inspect and make sure everything is being done accurately than the people who train every newcomer on how to do things accurately.

Showing every new team member what tools they have at their disposal, and how to accurately use them to their full capacity.

Assuring that every new team member knows and understands their responsibilities.

Be accessible to help team members with any subject regarding their positions and roles.

Accurately explaining to any new team member what the rules of the company are and the company's primary objectives.

Inspection Department

The Inspection tasks include but are not limited to:

- Executing and organizing property inspections to ensure everything is operating smoothly throughout each property.

- Verify that every team member is accomplishing all their responsibilities proficiently and accurately.

They also help to guarantee that every property complies with city and state regulations.

These inspections help Upper Management see how every process in the company can be improved and simplified.

(Occupancy Inspections) or Mandatory Bank inspections from bank officials that come to see how successfully the management company is managing each property.

This department helps keep Excel Property Management safe from any conflict or problem that will disrupt its progression.
