Updating the Board and Recurring Charges
Once the lease is signed, the new lease has to be put inside the file folder(in the correct order) and then placed in the renewal bin.
The manager will then review the file.
When reviewing the file, the manager will also update the recurring charges.

Along with the system, the renewal board needs to be updated.
If the tenant has already renewed, erase the apartment number from the board.
If the tenant gave their 90-day notice, make sure to change the apartment number to blue on the board.
If the tenant received a None Renewal letter, make sure to change the apartment number to purple.
