Maintenance Department
The Maintenance Coordinators lead the maintenance department.
This departments responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist and fix any problems that cannot be solved by the individual office maintenance team.
- Answer the after-hours emergency phone and assign an on-duty team member to the job.
- Performing scheduled maintenance inspections on boilers, large water pipes, and drains amidst many others.
- Have a direct line of communication to all individual maintenance teams of each office for any help or suggestions they may need, so long as the subject is about maintenance.
