Order of Events
- 01
The tenant commits a Lease Violation
(Example: Trash outside a tenant’s apartment.)

A Property Team Member will take a picture of the Violation.
The apartment Number should be in clear view.
- 03
The Manager or an Office team member will create the Lease Violation for the resident.
- 04
The Lease Violation Warning will be hand-delivered to the resident’s door.
If the resident corrects the lease violation, no further action is required.
If the resident does not correct their actions, then another lease violation will be sent to the tenant and the fee will be charged.
