Pest Control

Every property under our management includes a pest control service as part of the lease contract.

Pest control comes once a week to each property.
They have a set of buildings to do every time they come.
If a tenant requests pest control, they can also be put on the list to get serviced.

Pest control does not have a set time of arrival.

Make sure you know when pest control is coming and that all keys are pulled the night before so that they are ready to go and pest control doesn’t have to wait.

(If you do not know what day pest control will service your apartment complex please ask your Manager or immediate Supervisor.)

One team member from the office personnel should be in charge of this procedure.

They will walk with the pest control tech, and walk every unit they treat to observe everything they do. This will help both the office and the pest control company.
