Models

A model can make or break a prospect's decision to lease or stay. Because of this reason, it should ALWAYS be in tip-top shape!

• Make sure all lights in the model work.
• Make sure the model is cleaned at least once a week.
• Make sure there is NEVER trash in the model.
• Make sure the fire detectors have batteries and do NOT beep.
• Make sure all appliances work.
• Make sure the A/C & Heater are functioning properly.
• Make sure the model smells as pleasant as your office.
• Make sure you have snacks or drinks inside the model fridge.
• Only office personnel should have access to the model.
• Make sure you know what type of floor plans your models are as well as the rates and sqft.

A MODEL SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR ANYONE. A MODEL SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR ANY PERSONAL NEEDS.
