Porter
The Porter is responsible for keeping the exterior and common areas of the property clean. This includes the office, parking lot, and other common areas on the property.
The Porters Essential responsibilities are:
- Remove trash from office areas and the apartment complex
Prepares the City Dumpsters to be picked up by the city. - Assist in the make-ready process, by removing trash from vacant apartments.
- Report any maintenance concerns or repairs that need to be done on the property.
- Minor landscaping.
Although this is a list of the main responsibilities of a porter, it does not mean they are the only Responsibilities they will have.
