Central Shops
One of the most important responsibilities the company has is to provide every apartment with the necessary maintenance. Many Materials are needed to accomplish this.
- This department is directly in charge of purchasing, storing, and distributing all materials.
- They do so by having a central shop where all the material is stored. Then a shop coordinator distributes the necessary material to all individual property shops.
- Thus ensuring that one, we have any material needed at all times, and two, guarantee the proper use of all materials and tools.
